IMTEC will assume all responsibility for ensuring that the ILUMA™ CBCT scanner is maintained to its optimal performance level for the first 12 months. Our certified technicians will come to your office to perform routine maintenance and replace any worn parts. You, as the customer, will not be financially responsible for any maintenance coverage unless negligent damage has been occurred. In addition, hardware and software upgrades will be installed on the machine at no cost to you.
This bundled offering is a significant savings to your business and will ensure that your machine has the most technologically advanced hardware and software available to offer the highest quality images for your patients. As the software upgrades become more technically advanced, IMTEC software trainers will offer you and your staff on-line training to ensure that everyone is aware of the application changes.
