to Aquire an RGA Number
To
acquire an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization)
number, simply call IMTEC Corporation at,
1-800-879-9799,
when calling from the United States. For
additional contact information click
here.
Ask for
the complaint coordinator. The complaint coordinator will assign
an RGA number to your case/complaint. This number will help us
keep track of your case until it is resolved.
IMPORTANT:
Any product returned WITHOUT the RGA number clearly
written on the OUTSIDE of the package will
be considered an ‘UNAUTHORIZED RETURN’
and will be sent back, unopened, to the customer
at his/her expense.
For
all products being returned that is not subject
to an investigation:
- Product
will be authorized for return within 30 days
of the date of the invoice.
- A
15% restocking fee will apply to all returned
product.
