A return goods authorization (RGA) number is mandatory when returning any product to IMTEC. An RGA number can be obtained by calling your IMTEC Customer Complaint Coordinator within 30 days of the invoice date. No cash refunds. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

IMTEC Patrons should keep in mind that there are strict rules for the return of medical device and products. IMTEC's third party audits govern this procedure. Employees are required to adhere to those controls and return procedures.
