Mr. Clark has been affiliated with the company since 1990 as General Counsel and Director and joined the company full-time as its Chief Executive Officer in 1997. He served as President/CEO until March 2007 when he took semi-retirement status with the company. Holder of degrees in law and business, he is charged with the overall responsibility and coordination of all facets of the company’s legal operations and issues. Mr. Clark is a member of the JADA Industry Advisory Board. He received a BBA in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma, in addition to Juris Doctorate and MBA degrees from Oklahoma City University. Mr. Clark remains an active director of the company.
