2007, as a result of the merger of IMTEC Corporation and HYTEC Incorporated.
Prior to being named Chief Executive of IMTEC, Mr. Thompson was Chairman and
CEO of HYTEC, a Los Alamos, New Mexico company providing sensing and imaging
products as well as engineering services.

responsible for the operational

Nathan Verner |

Mr.
Nathan Verner, Ardmore, Oklahoma
Mr. Nathan Verner serves as Vice President
and CFO for IMTEC Corporation and
is responsible for the company's domestic
and international accounting, financial
administration, tax related matters
and payroll. Mr. Verner holds a Bachelor
of Science in Accounting from the
University of Central Oklahoma and
passed the CPA examination with the
second highest score in Oklahoma for
the spring of 1998 examinees. He is
a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma
Society of Certified Public Accountants,
and South Central Chapter of CPAs.
Before joining IMTEC in 1999, Mr.
Verner gained extensive knowledge
in accounting and management while
working for Grant Thornton, LLP as
an auditor and Bridge Information
Services, formerly Dow Jones Markets,
as a financial analyst. Mr. Verner
resides in Ardmore with his wife,
Sharon.

Doretta Anderson |

Mrs.
Doretta Anderson, Ardmore,

Doretta Anderson, Vice President
of Sales and Marketing, is a graduate
of
Hardin-Simmons University, Abilene,
Texas. Mrs. Anderson joined the
company
in 1999 with an extensive history
of sales and marketing. During her
tenure she organized and developed
the extensive clinician training
programs the company currently conducts
all over the world. She also coordinates
the company's sales and marketing
efforts domestically and through
international outlets in Toronto,
Frankfurt, London and Cuernavaca,
Morelos, Mexico. Mrs. Anderson resides
in Lone Grove, Oklahoma with her
husband, Clifford.

Brad Vance |

Mr.
Brad Vance, Ardmore,
Oklahoma
J.
Brad Vance serves as Vice President
of Quality Assurance and Regulatory
Affairs. Mr. Vance is responsible
for all quality functions for IMTEC
Corporation and its subsidiaries. In
addition, he maintains IMTEC’s
current regulatory requirements and
the registrations of all products
for both domestic and foreign
markets. Mr. Vance holds two
undergraduate degrees and is
currently working to complete his
Masters degree. He is an RAB
certified Lead Auditor and an active
member of both AAMI and ASQ. Prior
to joining IMTEC, Mr. Vance held the
position of Quality Engineer for
Surgical Specialties, a manufacturer
of medical devices. Mr. Vance is a
lifelong resident of Ardmore,
Oklahoma and resides with his wife,
Sheena.
