do I become a member?
Membership
is completely free. To become a member simply click
on the

link at the top of this page in the menu section.
On that page your membership form may be located
below the login panel. Register there. Once you
have registered, your membership should be approved
within two business days. If you have not received
your membership approval you may call
our offices
and enquire to make sure that all necessary information

What
happens if I have not received my membership confirmation
e-mail?
If
you have not yet received your confirmation e-mail
for your membership approval please call our offices.
Please remember that the e-mail that you submitted
with your membership form will also be the e-mail

How
do I log on to the website?
Logging
on to the website is easy. Your
username
is your e-mail address and your password
is the
same as you requested when you sent in your membership
application. Your password is case sensitive therefore
make sure you type it exactly as you submitted it.

can I change my password?

or you may send in an online request to have it

What
happens if I can't remember my password?
If
you forget or can’t remember your password simply
fill out a request form to have us send it to you.
We will send your password to the e-mail address

How
do I place an order?
Before
you place an order you must sign in. Once you have
signed in you may click on the link
'shop
online now',
located at the top of this page in the menu section
or you may click on the
'purchase
our products'
button that becomes visible once you have signed
in. You’ll find that we offer easy on-line credit
card ordering.
As you scroll through our on-line catalog,
you will notice the name of the product is underlined.
Click the photograph of the product or the name
and you will be transferred to a page that gives
you further information about the item. You may
add an item to your cart at any time while shopping.
You may also click on the link 'view flowchart'
and shop by flowchart for a particular product as
well.
When you are ready to check out, click the
'checkout'
button at the top in the menu. From there, follow
the simple checkout procedure. Please read the instructions
as well as the notations with respect to shipping,
cancellation, and returns.

How
do I know it is safe to order with you?
We
maintain a current GeoTrust Security Certificate
and have cleared their strict verification process.

What
is the Shipping Policy?
Shipments
are made freight collect or prepaid by IMTEC with
the shipping costs added to the customer’s invoice.
Priority shipping options are available at the customer’s
expense. Clinicians are cautioned not to accept
packages with apparent exterior damage. If there
are shortages or questions, please notify the company
within ten days.

Is
there a Return Policy?
Yes.
A return goods authorization (RGA) number is mandatory
when returning any product to IMTEC. An RGA number
can be obtained by calling Customer Complaints Cordinator
within 30 days of the invoice date. No cash refunds.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned

How
can I check the status of my order?
To
check the status of your order you must have your
order number. This is the number that is generated
once you have checked out. This number is located
on the receipt that is e-mailed to you once your
order is submitted. Your order number is also your
tracking number.
