opens Toronto office, names distributor

IMTEC
Corporation has opened a new sales/marketing office
in Canada and formed a new corporation there.
The new company began its 2003 IMTEC marketing
campaign with a product training seminar in Toronto
the first week in March.
IMTEC
Canada, located in the Toronto suburb of Concord,
opened for business in mid-February and is fully
staffed. The parent company has named a veteran
of the dental special products industry, Victor
Bianchi of Toronto as director of sales for Canada.
"We're
extremely pleased to have this new international
office and the experience and reputation of Victor
Bianchi," said Dr. Ron Bulard, chairman of
the board of IMTEC. "Victor has extensive
experience in the dental implant and surgical
tool industries and is well suited to provide
price/quality products and technical services
to Canadian doctors. Interest in our products
from Canadian doctors has been extremely high,
and this new office in Toronto will be fully equipped
to serve them."
Bianchi,
a sales and marketing professional, developed
a sole proprietorship, Innovative Surgical Technologies
Inc., in three years to a point where it garnered
12 percent of the Canadian dental instrument market.
He has more than 20 years business and management
experience.
Bianchi completed
his commercial communications studies in his native
Italy. He and his wife, Anna, live in Toronto
with their three children.
"Victor
brings a cross-cultural, strategic services and
negotiating skills to the table," Bulard
said. "In addition to his native Italian,
he and his wife are fluent in English and French,
the latter language being critical to service
clinician accounts in the Quebec and Montreal
areas.
IMTEC
Corporation is an international dental specialty
products company located in Ardmore. It currently
has 28 distributors who sell the company's products
in 35 countries. In addition to the new office
in Toronto, IMTEC has recently opened new
sales/marketing offices in Frankfurt, Germany
and London.
