Nathan Verner, CFO
Mr. Verner serves as Vice President and CFO for IMTEC Corporation and is responsible for the company's domestic and international accounting, financial administration, tax related matters and payroll.
Sjon Grobbée – Product Manager – Digital Dentistry
Mr. Grobée serves as Product Manager for Digital Dentistry at the company’s Los Alamos, New Mexico office. He is tasked to direct projects in digital dentistry such as development of orthodontic bracket placement trays, implant placement guides and impression scanning. Mr. Grobée has been employed by IMTEC since 2006.
Doretta Anderson, Vice-President – Sales/Marketing
Mrs. Anderson is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University, Abilene, Texas. She joined the company in 1999 with an extensive history of sales and marketing. During her tenure she organized and developed the extensive clinician training programs the company currently conducts all over the world. She also coordinates the company's sales and marketing efforts domestically and through international outlets in Toronto, Frankfurt, London, Paris and Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico. Mrs. Anderson resides in Lone Grove, Oklahoma with her husband, Clifford.
John Roderick – Vice-President – Operations, HR and MIS
Mr. Roderick is responsible for creating a user-friendly corporate venue with added values in existing IMTEC product lines. He is also responsible for Management Information Systems as well as the operational and Human Resource aspects of the company.
J. Brad Vance, Vice-President – Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.
Mr. Vance is responsible for all quality functions for IMTEC Corporation and its subsidiaries. In addition, he maintains IMTEC’s current regulatory requirements and the registrations of all products for both domestic and foreign markets. He holds two undergraduate degrees and is currently working to complete his Masters Degree. He is an RAB certified Lead Auditor and an active member of both AAMI and ASQ. Prior to joining IMTEC, Mr. Vance held the position of Quality Engineer for Surgical Specialties, a manufacturer of medical devices. Mr. Vance is a lifelong resident of Ardmore and resides with his wife, Sheena.
Helen Staufert Siqueiros - Director of Operations - Mexico
Miss Staufert serves as Director of Operations of IMTEC Latinoamérica en Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico. She is charged with organizing and managing the company’s operations in the Mexico office. She has been affiliated with IMTEC Corporation as an employee since 2004, but has worked with IMTEC products since 1994, specializing in marketing and sales of the company’s dental implants.
Victor Bianchi – Director of Canadian Operations
Victor Bianchi serves as Director of Canadian Operations. He has extensive experience in the global dental industry and brings a depth of expertise in business development and leadership to IMTEC’s Canadian operatoins. Mr. Bianchi has been responsible for marketing and creation of business models for the company in several countries, including his native Italy. Prior to joining IMTEC in 2003, Mr. Bianchi developed a sole proprietorship, Innovative Surgical Technologies Inc., specializing in dental surgical instruments. This proprietorship enabled him to develop a broad knowledge of the industry and establish excellent industry wide connections. Mr. Bianchi is a member of the Canadian and International Associations of Oral Implantologists. He completed commercial communications studies in foreign languages in his native Italy; thereby becoming fluent in English and French, in addition to his native language. He and his wife Anna, live in Toronto.
