Information Technology Assistant
8AM – 5PM, Mon. – Fri.
*ANTICIPATED START DATE IS JULY 2008*
Assist with the daily operations of the company and provide backup support to the IT staff, Network and phone administrators. Knowledge of installing software, running cables/wiring and troubleshooting is highly desired. A college degree or technical training in IT is preferred.
Regulatory Affairs Assistant
8 AM – 5 PM, Mon. – Fri.
Responsible for researching document requirements for product registration, coordinates with regulatory agencies, files registration applications with various regulatory agencies and interacts closely with international sales on product registration and product clearance through customs. Must be a self starter, detail oriented with proficient knowledge in Word and Excel. College degree preferred but not required. HS diploma is required.
Software Quality/Regulatory Assurance Engineer
8 AM – 5 PM, Mon. – Fri.
Responsible for developing software quality procedures, must be a self starter with the ability to apply principles of risk management, analyze & repost software defects, work with the FDA & other regulatory bodies for approvals, participate in ISO audits and express effective communication & documentation skills. Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 3 years experience in the field.
International Wholesale Manager
8AM – 5PM, Mon. – Fri.
Responsible for the wholesale marketing and sales of IMTEC products with special emphasis on product sales through international distribution channels. Develops and maintains programs to aid in future sales growth and distributor relations. Supervises and participates in the receipt of distributor orders and serving the distributors in a courteous and professional manner by providing them with solutions, options and advice regarding dental techniques, and company product information. Supervises, receives and processes customer complaints and requests, marketing and promotional items. Responsible for contract compliance for all distributors. A four year college degree is required in a business/marketing or related field of study with one year experience of supervisory/managerial duties.
HR Benefits Manager
8 AM – 5 PM, Mon. – Fri.
Management of Human Resources benefits for all employees. Be prepared to answer general inquiries from management and staff on benefit matters, using specialist knowledge, as required. Produce and maintain insurance reports and statistics as required.Coordinate the induction process for new members of staff and be responsible for maintaining/updating employee files. This includes keeping the HR database up to date. Complete job, salary and application verification forms and prepare instructions for payroll adjustments after evaluations. Be prepared to arrange temporary staff as a backup, when needed. Responds to Worker Comp issues and/or other legal matters with the assistance of our Legal Counsel Ensure compliance with state and federal laws pertaining to labor laws. Attend benefit fairs and recruitment activities as needed. Foster an employee culture to maximize the goals and maintain a level of job satisfaction among employees. Advocate for the employee as well as the employer. Demonstrate teamwork with management, employees and community. Associate degree in HR is required.

CNC machine operating experience is required. Supervison, monitoring and
training of all employees on your shift are constant responsibilities and expectations. Additional
responsibilities include monitoring productivity, tracking, scheduling and reporting
the status of all manufacturing processes. Minimum of a high school diploma or
equivalent is required; additional vocational training in machinery or related
area is preferred. EXPERIENCE: Minimum
of five (5) years in a manufacturing field or operating machinery is preferred.

Quality Technician

Must be computer literate coupled with technical skills & knowledge. Mechanical
abilities, blueprint reading and flowcharting skills are strongly desired. Must
have the ability to sit for long periods conducting work on the computer. Attention
to detail a must. Vocational, college training is preferred. High
School diploma is required.
Assembler – Installer
8 AM – 5 PM, Mon. – Fri.
Responsible for wiring and assembling the machines according to specific diagram procedures within specific time frames to ensure adequate product is efficient for installation. A High school diploma is required and electrical and wiring experience is preferred.
